Evictions API

Evictions API compared with other eviction services

What other services say about their prices, states, who files the court papers and developer access, read from each company’s own pages and dated.

Every statement about another company below was read from that company’s own public pages on 2026-10-06, and each row links to them. “Not found” means the pages listed did not say it, not that the company does not do it. Prices and coverage change: check the company’s page before relying on a row.

The prices are not like for like. Some include court fees and the work of filing; ours is a platform fee, with the attorney’s legal fee and the court and service costs quoted separately. Compare what each price covers as well as the number.

Evictions API is operated by Future Cities LLC. It is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. We do not promise outcomes or how long a case takes. This page is general information, not an endorsement or criticism of any company, and says nothing about the quality or results of any of them.
